Delegate to Downsize, Outsource to Organize

So every Wednesday morning my alarm goes off and my most productive business day begins. My Wednesday morning networking meeting is most likely the most important part of my week. It is there that I get to reconnect with other like minded small business owners, learning how I can help grow their businesses and in turn sharing my ideal clients. Weather it is helping one of my chapter members streamline their home office, passing a referral for a client’s new roof or remodel or receiving a referral myself, Wednesday mornings is when I get to do the business of business.
